What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Be fully embedded within a trading desk, working side-by-side with an experienced trader who will serve as a dedicated mentor.
• Engage: Receive industry-leading training in both options theory and decision science from traders fully dedicated to development.
• Apply: Leverage your quantitative skills, particularly from a STEM background, to gain insight into how trading decisions are made.
• Learn: Understand how Susquehanna specifically employs game theory, decision science, and cutting-edge technology for making crucial trading decisions.
• Evaluate: Utilize the deep exposure gained throughout the program to determine if a full-time career in trading aligns with your professional aspirations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student intending to graduate with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree by August 2028, ideally with a STEM background.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in strategic games and/or competitive activities; general computer skills are required.
• Skills: Exceptional quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills; ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
• Bonus: Computer programming skills.
