Associate (2027 Start) | DigitalBridge
The Tone:
This is a full-time Associate investment professional role at DigitalBridge, located in either Boca Raton, FL or New York City. DigitalBridge operates a global digital infrastructure investment management business. This position is an integral part of the firm’s transaction teams, involved in all aspects of originating and executing transactions, monitoring portfolio companies, and evaluating follow-on transactions and exit opportunities. Associates are expected to think with an investor’s mentality, playing a critical role in identifying key opportunities and conducting due diligence for new investments, interacting frequently with various stakeholders.

• Mission: Forecast operating results and financial returns for potential new investments, identifying key opportunities and due diligence items.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Model: Perform financial modeling and analysis for potential new investments.
• Evaluate: Conduct company valuations for acquisition targets.
• Research: Execute primary corporate and industry research.
• Diligence: Manage company due diligence processes for new investment opportunities.
• Present: Create presentation materials for firm investors and the investment committee.
• Monitor: Oversee the ongoing operating and financial results of portfolio companies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree from a top undergraduate institution. Investment analysis.
• Experience: Minimum 18 months of experience at a leading investment bank, private equity firm or comparable experience.
• Skills: Exceptional financial modeling proficiency, analytical capabilities, close attention to detail, strong presentation skills, excellent English written and oral communication skills.
• Bonus: Previous M&A, leveraged finance, and financial sponsor backgrounds are preferred; TMT and/or communication infrastructure experience is a plus.
