What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Maintain and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly financial and operational reports and analysis.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform specific ad hoc analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends and variances, then present these findings to finance management.
• Forecasting: Utilize historical trend information to create projections that will be used for budgeting or forecasting processes.
• Data Management: Follow established processes to maintain large data files sourced from disparate systems for data mining, analysis, and research projects.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve shared goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with knowledge of finance, economic, and accounting principles including financial statements, basic valuation concepts, and financial data analysis and reporting.
• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related area.
• Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data, solve problems, and work with large datasets; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; ability to identify issues, analyze information, and develop practical solutions; strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; effective written and verbal communication skills.
