What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluate: Source and evaluate investment opportunities across the entire investment lifecycle.
• Execute: Lead complex transaction execution from initial stages to completion.

• Collaborate: Engage directly with senior decision-makers and firm leadership on sophisticated investments.
• Contribute: Operate with meaningful responsibility within a lean, collaborative team environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Individuals with a background in Private Equity, Investment Banking (M&A), or similarly rigorous investing environments.
• Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong transaction execution capabilities.
• Skills: Outstanding financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities; exceptional attention to detail; a commercial mindset and intellectual curiosity.
