Corporate Development Manager | MIRATECH

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at MIRATECH, located in Tulsa, OK. MIRATECH is a global leader in mission-critical emissions and acoustical solutions for stationary natural gas and diesel reciprocating engines. Backed by TPG Rise Climate, the company is actively growing and transforming into new products, sectors, and geographies. This Corporate Development Manager role sits at the center of this agenda, combining strategic finance, transaction support, and management reporting.

• Mission: This person will own the financial planning process, drive the implementation of MIRATECH’s new FP&A platform, manage key financial analysis, and support M&A and capital markets activity end-to-end.

What You’ll Actually Do
• M&A and Capital Markets Support: Manage M&A diligence and execution processes, building acquisition models, analyzing returns (IRR, MOIC, accretion/dilution), and assisting with capital markets activities such as debt refinancing and lender presentations.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process by owning the calendar, coordinating inputs across business units and functions, and delivering a consolidated financial plan on schedule.
• Strategic Initiatives & Project Management: Build business cases and ROI frameworks for significant CAPEX investments, track approved projects against budget, and lead or participate in workstreams for broader strategic initiatives like market expansion and new product economics.
• Financial Modeling & System Implementation: Build and maintain the integrated financial model used for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, and coordinate the Prophix implementation as a critical finance stakeholder by defining requirements and driving adoption.
• Management Reporting & Analysis: Own the MIRATECH consolidated monthly financial reporting package, ensuring production, accuracy, and on-time distribution to internal management and TPG, and support the preparation of quarterly board meeting materials.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager. 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or corporate development, with a track record of owning complex financial processes.
• Experience: Advanced proficiency in building integrated 3-statement models, M&A models, and scenario analyses from scratch. Capacity to manage a budgeting or forecasting process across a multi-entity or multi-site environment. Investment banking or Big 4 transaction advisory background is a foundational requirement.
• Skills: Strong project management instincts to run processes, manage timelines, and hold stakeholders accountable without direct authority. Excellent communication skills to translate financial complexity into clear language for senior executives, operators, and PE sponsors. High attention to detail and personal accountability for output quality.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to M&A diligence processes, either on the buy side or in an advisory capacity. Industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sector background with an understanding of project-based economics and operational cost drivers.
