What You’ll Actually Do
• Proposal Formulation: Formulate new business proposals to secure opportunities and support client needs in the Paper & Packaging sector.
• Financial Valuation: Develop comprehensive company forecasts and valuations to assess financial health and investment potential.
• M&A Evaluation: Evaluate various merger and acquisition scenarios to provide strategic advice and identify optimal outcomes.
• Document Preparation: Prepare all necessary documents related to the public and private issuance of stock, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Transaction Participation: Work on every aspect of the transaction process, including participating in drafting sessions, new business proposals, and due diligence meetings.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree (Required) in a relevant field, enabling foundational understanding for financial analysis and investment banking.
• Experience: 13 months to 3 years of general experience in a professional setting, demonstrating readiness for an Analyst II role.
• Skills: Determine and analyze trends from collected data to assist in compiling decision-making reports. Apply appropriate analytical processes and procedures to support research schedules and project timelines. Interpret data by examining patterns, trends, relationships, and implications to draw meaningful conclusions and answer critical questions. Professionally interpret financial information to support sound business decision making.
