What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial and accounting records, encompassing traditional governmental accounting practices.
• Budget and Reporting Support: Support the budgeting process and assist with the generation of financial reports.
• Forward-Looking Analysis: Provide forward-looking financial analysis to aid and inform management decisions.
• HUD Compliance: Conduct work that is heavily focused on ensuring compliance with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations.
• Project Financial Support: Support housing and urban development projects through financial oversight and analysis.
