What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Produce various periodic and ad-hoc financial reports for cross-functional teams.
• Process Facilitation: Prepare financial schedules, templates, and narratives, and facilitate the process to ensure achievement of critical deadlines.
• Performance Analysis: Provide analytical support to identify, analyze, and interpret business performance drivers and opportunities, including P&L lines.
• Planning Support: Interface with business leads to determine plans for future periods and support them in projecting financial impact.
• Financial Input: Collect, evaluate, and analyze financial information to contribute to long-term planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and weekly projections.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related finance/accounting role.
• Skills: Financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, root cause analysis, and data interpretation.
