This Financial Analyst role is pivotal in supporting the Field Finance organization by delivering essential financial analysis, comprehensive reporting, and crucial operational support to regional finance leadership. The individual in this position will be instrumental in generating accurate and timely data, identifying key financial trends, and strengthening the overall decision-making processes for the business.

• Mission: To provide critical financial analysis, reporting, and operational support to regional finance leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Planning: Support forecasting, budgeting, and periodic reporting activities for Field Finance under the guidance of senior finance leadership.
• Data Consolidation & Validation: Pull, validate, and consolidate data from ERP, CRM, and other financial systems to support monthly target achievement, backlog reviews, forecasting, and operational reporting.
• Insight Generation: Compile and analyze large data sets, summarizing findings into clear and concise insights for finance and field stakeholders, assisting in the preparation of presentations.
• Operational Support: Assist with monthly close processes, including variance analysis and preparation of standard reporting packages, and support AP on-hold cleanup activities by researching issues and tracking resolution.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization within Field Finance reporting and analysis, maintaining accurate documentation of financial systems and processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling; PowerPoint proficiency; ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate results clearly and accurately; strong attention to detail; effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bonus: Progress toward CPA, MBA, or other relevant financial certification; experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or close activities; experience supporting field, sales, or operations-focused finance organizations; experience with SAP, Oracle, or BI tools.
