What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Formulate financial reports, opinions, recommendations, and statistical data for firm investment policies.
• Research: Collect, evaluate, and apply statistical and financial data for common stock research within the healthcare industry.
• Analyze: Synthesize researched data to present trends and ideas regarding business opportunities and investment decision-making.
• Engage: Conduct interviews with company executives and industry leaders to develop and maintain information sources for analyses.
• Maintain: Update and manage company databases using specified spreadsheet and database software.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: No specific years required; previous sell-side associate experience is preferred. Strong financial modeling skills are essential.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling, solid writing and communication skills, ability to synthesize data, excellent presentation skills, and strong customer and client service skills.
• Bonus: MBA or CFA candidates are preferred.
