• Mission: Assist in preparing and executing analyses of industry groups and individual companies and their securities within the healthcare industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Prepare reports, opinions, recommendations, and statistical data for use in the formulation of the firm’s investment policies and recommendations.
• Analyze: Collect, evaluate, and apply statistical and financial data on the economy and financial markets, specifically researching common stocks within the healthcare industry.
• Synthesize: Analyze and synthesize researched data, presenting trends and ideas regarding business opportunities and investment decision-making processes.
• Engage: Interview company executives or industry leaders to develop and maintain sources of information in preparation of analyses.
• Publish: Prepare studies and other data for firm publication issued to the general public.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Business, with a focus in accounting or finance.
• Experience: 2-4+ years of Wall Street or relevant experience preferred for BS and BA candidates. Healthcare Banking or Sell Side experience strongly preferred.
• Skills: Solid writing and communication skills, ability to synthesize data, excellent presentation skills.
• Bonus: MBA or CFA candidates preferred; previous sell side associate experience preferred.
