The Vice President will play a central role in executing new investments for this strategy, contributing to the deployment of capital into category-defining technology companies and helping to build out a differentiated growth equity platform.

• Mission: Lead the day-to-day execution, underwriting, and diligence for new late-stage growth equity investments within the technology sector.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execution Lead: Guide the daily progression of new late-stage growth equity investments from evaluation through closing, collaborating with senior investors on structuring and approval.
• Investment Recommendation: Develop the core investment recommendation, detailing key diligence findings, valuation, competitive analysis, risk/reward, downside cases, return scenarios, and exit plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate internal and external deal workstreams, engaging directly with management teams, industry experts, legal, tax, finance, and compliance teams.
• Team Oversight: Manage the preparation of Investment Committee materials and supervise junior team members, ensuring rigorous analysis and polished, decision-ready work products.
• Portfolio Support: Contribute to monitoring existing portfolio companies, analyzing follow-on investments, conducting thematic research, market mapping, and developing relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-Senior Level investment professional with a focus on private technology sectors.
• Experience: 6–10 years of relevant investment experience, specifically in growth equity, late-stage venture capital, technology-focused private equity, or technology-focused crossover investing.
• Skills: Strong technology investing judgment, ability to formulate independent investment views, synthesize complex information, and clearly communicate well-supported recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Skills: Commercial curiosity and pattern recognition across innovation-driven sectors, enabling identification of attractive companies, themes, and market opportunities.
• Skills: Demonstrated maturity, presence, and sound judgment for direct engagement with management teams, advisors, Investment Committee members, and cross-functional firm stakeholders.
