The Tone:
This is an unpaid, in-person fall internship at Kingdom Homes, located in North Hollywood, CA. Kingdom Homes is a nationwide real estate wholesaling and flipping company operating in over 15 markets across the U.S., having transacted on over 500 properties with the help of 30+ teammates. The core business connects off-market discounted properties with local investors. This internship is structured primarily for the intern’s educational benefit, providing training and experience similar to what one would receive in an educational or vocational setting, with a direct opportunity to learn from founders Jordan Wise and Daniel Newman.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Acquisitions: Gain foundational knowledge of the property acquisitions process.
• Dispositions: Learn about real estate disposition and investor relations.
• Operations: Understand the operational fundamentals of a wholesaling business.
• Scaling: Shadow company founders on day-to-day business scaling.
• Transactions: Learn how real estate transactions move through escrow.
• Recruiting: Be exposed to real estate recruiting and hiring practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or recent grad pursuing a degree or vocational training in real estate, business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Eager to learn the wholesaling and flipping business from the ground up and seeking hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing real estate company operates and scales.
• Skills: Foundational understanding of real estate, business, or finance concepts relevant to the field.
