They specialize in majority control buyouts with deals typically ranging from $5-15mm EBITDA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Evaluate Opportunities: Systematically identify, research, and assess potential investment targets within the healthcare services sector, aligning with the firm’s strategic focus on majority control buyouts. This involves understanding market dynamics and competitive landscapes to pinpoint promising companies.
• Execute Transactions: Actively participate in all phases of the investment lifecycle, specifically supporting the completion of majority control buyouts for deals that generally range from $5-15mm EBITDA. This includes contributing to due diligence, structuring, and negotiation processes.
• Drive Portfolio Growth: Work to enhance and expand the firm’s successful track record, which currently encompasses approximately 60 investments and a total deployed capital exceeding $1 billion. Contribute to the strategic development and oversight of portfolio companies post-acquisition.
• Collaborate and Integrate: Fully engage with a fast-paced and highly collaborative internal culture, fostering openness and effective communication across team members and stakeholders. Contribute to a transparent working environment that values shared insights and collective success.
• Specialize in Healthcare Verticals: Focus expertise on key sub-sectors within healthcare services, including physician practice management, behavioral health, care management, outpatient rehabilitation, home health & hospice, and post-acute care, deepening the team’s specialization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Vice President level of experience, demonstrating a robust understanding of the private equity investment landscape and its operational demands. Deep domain knowledge in the healthcare services sector is essential, particularly across physician practice management, behavioral health, care management, outpatient rehabilitation, home health & hospice, and post-acute care.
• Experience: A proven history of active involvement in the execution of private equity investments, specifically with majority control buyouts. Direct experience working with deal sizes typically ranging from $5-15mm EBITDA is critical for this role.
• Skills: Exhibit strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities required for evaluating investment opportunities and managing due diligence processes. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, open, and collaborative environment.
