What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in all required training sessions to develop professional skills.
• Execute assignments: Complete tasks designed to provide a comprehensive view of the organization or specific department.
• Perform diverse tasks: Undertake a variety of assignments to gain practical work experience aligned with your field of study.
• Adhere to guidelines: Follow all established policies, procedures, protocols, and relevant federal and state laws and regulations.
• Prepare documents: Create or complete various administrative forms, reports, correspondence, and financial documents as required.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently enrolled in an applicable work-based learning opportunity within Hamilton County Schools.
• Experience: No prior work experience is specifically required beyond enrollment in the designated learning program.
• Skills: Ability to follow directions, foundational mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, percentages), verbal and written communication, and collaborative teamwork.
