What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Complete three distinct one-year rotations across various critical Finance functions, gaining comprehensive exposure to corporate financial operations.
• Contribute: Work hands-on alongside experienced Finance and Accounting teams across Western Digital’s global footprint, applying analytical skills and contributing directly to ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Develop: Cultivate a strong foundation of professional skills and business acumen through real-world experience, mentorship, and a structured Early Career program curriculum designed for foundational training.
• Explore: Gain broad exposure to multiple areas of the organization, understanding interconnected financial processes and developing a holistic view of a large-scale technology company’s operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent field. Must possess the right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required for this Early Career program; the program itself is a three-year immersive experience.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bonus: Prior internship(s) in a corporate environment; experience with PowerBI or Tableau; preference given to candidates who do not require relocation to San Jose, CA or Irvine, CA.
