Fulfillment & Client Experience Operations Intern (Showroom) | STIVALI NEW YORK
The Tone:
This is an internship / early career role at STIVALI NEW YORK, located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY (In-Person). This role is crucial for supporting the daily operations, ensuring order fulfillment and inventory accuracy, and creating memorable luxury shopping experiences that strengthen the brand’s reputation. It calls for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and extremely outgoing, who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and confidently engaging with clients.

• Mission: Ensure operational excellence behind the scenes while creating memorable in-store experiences that support sales and strengthen the Stivali New York brand.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inventory Management: Conduct weekly physical inventory counts, reconcile with Shopify, identify discrepancies, and maintain a highly organized stockroom by correctly labeling and storing products.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare, pack, and process showroom and e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipping and handling returns.
• Showroom Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom and stockroom, continuously improving inventory organization and overall operational efficiency.
• Client Experience: Welcome every client with warmth and professionalism, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience that includes product selection and styling recommendations.
• Sales Support: Proactively engage with clients, build relationships, confidently share the brand story and product knowledge, and identify opportunities to support sales goals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, studying Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a closely related field. Undergraduate or graduate student preferred.
• Experience: Comfortable with hands-on operational tasks.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Extremely outgoing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proactive, reliable, positive, and eager to learn.
• Bonus: Interest in luxury retail, fashion operations, and client-facing roles.
