This role is crucial for maintaining proper product levels and displays in grocery stores and other beverage outlets, directly impacting product freshness and availability for customers.

• Pay: $26.00 hourly plus mileage reimbursement
• Mission: Ensures Reyes Coca-Cola products are correctly stocked, displayed, and maintained in various beverage outlets along assigned routes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Stocking: Travel to various beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of product are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly along assigned routes.
• Transport: Move product between backroom and display floor utilizing manual equipment like a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Monitoring: Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and ongoing account monitoring.
• Documentation: Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts and upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Organization: Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Experience: 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience. Requires reliable personal automobile transportation, an acceptable driving record, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage meeting specified minimums.
• Skills: Ability to lift, push, and pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Bonus: High School Diploma/General Education Degree.
