Room Attendant | Highgate

The TL;DR

• Pay: $16.90 hourly
• Team: Reports to a Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
• Mission: Maintain clean and attractive guestrooms and provide attentive service to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Guestroom Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to established company standards.
• Cart Preparation: Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including stocking the housekeeping cart with guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen.
• Waste Removal: Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and designated hallways.
• Public Area Maintenance: Keep all hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed.
• Issue Reporting: Report any missing room items, such as irons, ironing boards, or hair dryers, and all maintenance repairs immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.

3. Ability to stand during the entire shift.
