• Mission: To ensure Coca-Cola products are effectively displayed, rotated, and replenished in large customer outlets, while also providing relief and training support to other merchandisers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Route Coverage: Provide essential relief coverage for established merchandiser routes.
• Training: Train merchandisers on established and effective merchandising methods and techniques.
• Execution: Execute sales and merchandising initiatives directly at the store level.
• Maintenance: Ensure the proper care and security of company and customer equipment and assets daily.
• Product Management: Replenish and rotate Coca-Cola and brand partner products on customer shelves, racks, and cold equipment, maintaining product integrity to company standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Defined as 3 to 6 months of related work or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy; ability to read, write, and speak English; ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule; ability to self-motivate and perform job duties with minimal supervision; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Bonus: Previous merchandising experience is preferred. For qualified candidates, the company offers a CDL Tuition Program reimbursable up to $5250 for CDL school tuition.
