Ascension

Ascension is a leading non-profit Catholic health system dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to all, with special attention to the most vulnerable. In FY2025, the system delivered substantial community benefits, including $1.7 billion in care for persons living in poverty and $1.8 billion in unreimbursed care for Medicare patients. Operating across 16 states and the District of Columbia, Ascension’s expansive network comprises 90 wholly owned or consolidated hospitals, ownership interests in 29 additional hospitals, 22 senior living facilities, and a dedicated team of approximately 97,300 associates and 25,300 aligned providers, offering a full spectrum of healthcare services.
