What You’ll Actually Do
• Benefits Support: Assist with daily support for employee benefits, leave matters, and safety programs, following established company guidelines.
• Accommodation Coordination: Help review and coordinate accommodation-related activities by gathering information, organizing documentation, and supporting timely follow-up.
• Employee Service: Provide customer service to internal employees by responding to routine questions and directing issues to the appropriate team members.
• Absence Management: Contribute to absence management processes by maintaining accurate records and helping ensure procedures are applied consistently.
• Policy Research: Support research and administrative tasks connected to labor law topics, policy interpretation, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university at the undergraduate or graduate level, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, health, or a related field.
• Experience: Student level; no previous work or internship experience is required.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, ability to follow policies and confidentiality standards, and comfortable handling administrative tasks, organizing information, and supporting process improvement.
• Bonus: An interest in employee benefits, absence management, workplace safety, or broader human resources functions.
