What You’ll Actually Do
• Work Assignments: Receives specific work assignments and provides updates to the supervisor upon completion.
• Material Handling: Assists with baling scrap materials from machines and processing customer returns.
• Core Finishing: Aids finishing departments by precutting and capping cores as required.
• Plant Maintenance: Contributes to general cleanup and housekeeping activities throughout the plant.
• Production Support: Trains on lower-level plant jobs and provides temporary coverage during breaks or when additional crew members are needed for packaging tasks.

• Background: Student. Must be 18 years or older and currently enrolled full-time in college for the upcoming fall semester.
