What You’ll Actually Do
• Prospecting & Research: Identify new business opportunities by actively researching prospects and executing cold calling strategies.
• Initial Engagement: Navigate initial prospecting phone calls, engaging potential clients to understand their current situations.
• Needs Assessment & Solutions: Listen attentively to client needs and articulate how Synerfac’s staffing solutions can address their challenges.
• Meeting & Site Coordination: Secure meetings with prospective customers and coordinate travel to new client and prospect sites for deeper engagement.
• Relationship Building: Skillfully handle objections and build strong, trusting rapport with prospects to foster future partnerships.
