What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain direct, face-to-face interactions with customers within various live event settings, effectively representing partner brands and their offerings.
• Campaign Support: Actively contribute to the execution and success of diverse sales and marketing event campaigns, including supporting various brand activations from conception to completion.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate qualified leads and skillfully guide prospective customers through to the completion of sales transactions, meeting established targets.
• Product & Service Education: Clearly articulate details about products and services to potential customers, providing comprehensive information and adeptly addressing all inquiries to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Systematically track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales performance metrics, and assess overall event results to inform future strategies and improvements.
