The Tone:
This is a 12-week internship at TikTok, a leading global destination for short-form mobile video with headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore. The company builds experimentation products designed to help marketers and brands understand the true business value generated by their campaigns on TikTok and across all paid channels. This Product Manager Intern role is crucial for driving innovation and performance across TikTok’s advertising platform by developing client-facing measurement solutions that allow advertisers to assess the impact of their marketing on business returns, ultimately touching millions of advertisers worldwide.

The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build, and launch ad measurement products that help advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok.
• Define: Define success metrics and analyze data to inform product strategy and prioritization.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products.
• Partner: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales to develop, test, and launch products.
• Document: Write all technical specifications and product requirements for development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an academic background in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, political science, or computer science.
• Experience: Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment, with a commitment to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
• Skills: Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems; strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently.
• Bonus: Prior product-related internship or project experience; experience in the ads monetization business and ecosystem; experience working with data teams and other technical teams; a heavy user of internet products with curiosity and passion for product design and user experience.
