Arcwize Editorial Writing Internship | Arcwize

The Tone:
This is an unpaid, two-month internship at Arcwize, a fully remote independent digital publication. Arcwize centers on critical thought, ethics, law, culture, and public discourse, publishing thoughtful, analytical, and culturally aware work. This role is crucial for expanding the platform’s content by bringing in original articles and is designed for individuals who think deeply, write clearly, and care about how ideas are presented to contribute to high-quality public discourse.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Two-month program (July 6, 2026- September 6, 2026)
• Location: Remote
• Team: Low day-to-day interaction role, managed independently.
• Mission: Produce original written content across a range of topics, connecting contemporary moments to deeper ethical, philosophical, or legal questions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Write: Produce and submit original articles during the two-month program.
• Develop: Create ideas aligned with Arcwize’s editorial themes and monthly campaigns.
• Research: Conduct independent research where appropriate to support article content.
• Revise: Implement changes and refine drafts based on editorial feedback.
• Contribute: Support thoughtful, high-quality public discourse through your written work.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No prior professional writing experience is required; clarity of thought, originality, and follow-through matter most. Candidates should have an interest in law, ethics, politics, culture, or social issues.
• Experience: Ability to think critically and develop structured arguments. Must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Skills: Possess strong writing and analytical skills. Be reliable, deadline-oriented, and receptive to feedback.
