The Tone:
This is a full-time W-2, field-based role where your performance directly impacts what you earn and how quickly you advance. This role is crucial for identifying potential customers and setting initial appointments, directly contributing to the company’s sales pipeline and growth. The TL;DR

• Type: Full-time W-2
• Location: In-person, Field-based (door-to-door) in residential neighborhoods
• Pay: $770–$1350 weekly
• Mission: Identify homes that may qualify for free roof inspections and schedule appointments with homeowners for the in-home inspection team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Neighborhood Engagement: Walk assigned residential neighborhoods to identify potential customers.
• Homeowner Interaction: Speak directly with homeowners at their homes to introduce services.
• Initial Assessment: Perform basic, ground-level visual inspections of roofs to assess potential needs.
• Service Explanation: Educate homeowners about the benefits and process of our free roof inspection service.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule inspection appointments for our specialized in-home inspection team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED. Experience in roles requiring strong people skills such as retail associate, warehouse associate, bartender, restaurant server, receptionist, administrative assistant, hotel/hospitality staff, or customer service representative. Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation to and from the office.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; the company trains from the ground up, promoting based on performance and a desire to succeed.
• Skills: Comfort with face-to-face communication, positive attitude, strong desire to succeed, professional appearance, and great communication skills. Ability to work 40 hours per week between 9am-7pm, Monday-Saturday.
