What You’ll Actually Do
• Clinic Operations: Maintain the safety and cleanliness of clinic equipment and the overall facility for patients.
• Front Office Support: Assist the front office team with various administrative tasks, including efficiently answering phones.
• Financial Administration: Accurately collect patient copays to support billing processes.
• Patient Management: Seamlessly check patients into appointments upon their arrival.
• Patient Communication: Engage directly with patients and their family members, providing clear and helpful information.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Individuals pursuing studies in exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy, or those with a strong inherent interest in healthcare and helping others.
• Experience: Demonstrated prior experience delivering exceptional customer service and patient care, showcasing a history of positive interactions within a healthcare or service-oriented setting.
• Skills:
1. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor, even in a demanding clinic environment.
2. Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional and compassionate bedside manner, when interacting with patients and their families.
3. Demonstrate outstanding time management abilities and the capacity to efficiently juggle and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently to support clinic operations.
4. Possess a self-motivated approach with a proactive drive to anticipate and exceed patient expectations in all interactions and duties.
