Summer Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern | REVOHA LLC
The Tone:
This is an unpaid summer internship at REVOHA Transformational Coaching LLC, located remotely within the United States. REVOHA is a resilience and personal growth company that helps individuals, organizations, and communities build emotional resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create lasting personal growth through innovative workbooks, educational programs, corporate wellness initiatives, and community partnerships. This role is crucial for identifying partnership opportunities, building professional relationships, and conducting outreach to support the growth of a mission-driven startup dedicated to making resilience practical, accessible, and measurable.

• Mission: Identify partnership opportunities, build professional relationships, conduct outreach, and support the growth of a mission-driven startup.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Research: Research organizations and professionals aligned with REVOHA’s mission to identify potential partnership opportunities and build organized prospect lists.
• Outreach Support: Draft and send personalized outreach emails and connect with professionals on LinkedIn to introduce REVOHA’s programs and schedule introductory discovery meetings.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain organized prospect trackers in Google Sheets, recording outreach activities, responses, and follow-up dates to keep lead information accurate.
• Market Research: Research wellness, education, healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate wellness markets to identify conferences, networking groups, and partnership opportunities, sharing market insights with leadership.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly strategy meetings, contribute ideas to improve outreach and engagement, and assist with additional business development projects as needed.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or emerging professional interested in sales, business development, marketing, entrepreneurship, psychology, wellness, or nonprofit leadership.
• Experience: No previous sales experience is required; guidance and mentorship will be provided. Interns should have an interest in startups and entrepreneurship.
• Skills: Curious and eager to learn, comfortable communicating with professionals, organized and detail-oriented, self-motivated, positive and professional, and interested in personal growth, wellness, education, or community impact.
• Bonus: Students pursuing or recently completing studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Psychology, Public Health, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, or Education.
