The Tone:

This role is crucial for the Global Monetization Content and Service Ads Product Team, which strives to enable clients to connect with users, simplify their objectives, and create value. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience and develop fundamental skills that contribute directly to these efforts.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Strategy: Support product development for lead generation ads and commercial monetization, which involves formulating product plans and strategies based on business goals, determining priorities, aligning with partner teams, and ensuring successful delivery.
• Market Launch: Assist in the Go-to-Market process for new lead generation business products by gathering user feedback, collecting requirements, conducting data analysis, and driving continuous product iteration and innovation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, design, testing, data science, operations, marketing, and sales teams across various regions and timezones to follow up on demand development, advance projects, and facilitate product launches.
• Data Monitoring: Develop a deep understanding of the team’s business and core products to improve data monitoring for business operations, including updating weekly reports and tracking common data indicators.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience: Available for a full-time, 12-week internship during Summer 2026, ideally for 3 months or longer.
• Skills: Demonstrates strong logical thinking, data analysis, problem-solving, organizational, planning, communication, and execution abilities. Possesses a proven capacity for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: Preferred major in statistics, computer science, or an equivalent technical field, with prior technical experience or project work.
