The Tone:
This is an unpaid internship at SureAttend, located remotely. SureAttend builds technology designed to help businesses reduce missed appointments and improve meeting attendance by focusing on post-scheduling actions like reminders and accountability. This Business Administration Intern role is crucial for organizing and supporting the internal operations of this early-stage technology company. The intern will help create the foundational systems, records, procedures, and organizational structure needed to support SureAttend as it grows.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Support: Assist with general business operations to ensure smooth internal functioning.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate various projects and tasks, helping to keep initiatives on track.
• Documentation & Records: Organize company records, spreadsheets, and prepare meeting notes and follow-up actions.
• Process Improvement: Document existing processes and identify opportunities to improve internal workflows.
• Research & Administration: Conduct market and company research, manage customer/partner records, and provide scheduling and administrative support.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college or university student with an interest in business administration, operations, management, entrepreneurship, or startup development.
• Experience: Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments, with availability to participate for approximately 5 months.
• Skills: Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities, communicates clearly in writing and conversation, comfortable using spreadsheets, shared documents, and online business tools, and pays close attention to details.
• Bonus: Enjoys creating order and structure, takes initiative, can identify inefficient processes and suggest improvements, and is dependable and thoughtful.
