Talent Acquisition Specialist | Ovative Group

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Ovative Group, located in Minneapolis, MN. Ovative Group is an independent, full-funnel media, measurement, and creative firm that helps brands achieve profitable growth through its proprietary MarTech platform, EMRge. This role is crucial as you will serve as a primary brand representative to candidates, supporting the recruiting team and optimizing hiring processes. You will actively look for ways to enhance efficiency across recruiting workflows by leveraging AI, automation, and a proactive mindset.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Portions of full-cycle recruiting for assigned early-career and junior positions, including role posting, applicant flow, resume screening, phone screens, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Maintain: An excellent candidate experience that consistently reflects Ovative values and our inclusive culture throughout the hiring process.
• Keep: Workday data and pipelines clean and accurately updated with status changes, notes, tags, and reporting fields for effective tracking.
• Support: Senior Recruiters and Talent Solutions leadership with offer letter preparation, pre-onboarding logistics, and assistance for university/early talent and other volume pipelines.
• Improve: Recruiting workflows by identifying manual, repetitive steps, and proposing streamlined solutions using AI, automation, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency.

• Experience: 1–2 years work experience demonstrating an ability to deliver significant impact.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; demonstrated technical aptitude and comfort learning new tools (e.g., Workday, reporting tools, AI platforms); experience using Excel/Sheets or similar tools for basic tracking, reporting, or analysis; clear, professional written and verbal communication with candidates and internal partners; demonstrated commitment to DEI.
