What You’ll Actually Do
• Source: Identify potential candidates by utilizing the internal database and various job boards.
• Engage: Make a minimum of 50 daily calls to prospective and existing candidates.
• Screen: Screen candidates over the phone and in-person for existing and upcoming jobs.
• Place: Place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly.
• Develop: Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Interest in Sales and Account Management.
• Experience: Prior internship/work experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service environment, preferred.
• Skills: Candidate Sourcing, Candidate Screening, Communication, Sales Lead Identification.
