• Mission: Assure the production and shipment of quality products through analytical testing and other laboratory activities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Perform: Run entry-level or routine analytical tests on submitted samples for quality assurance.
• Prepare: Ready samples for testing and meticulously carry out detailed instructions for laboratory procedures.
• Maintain: Keep precise records of all measurements and make appropriate observations during work assignments.
• Distribute: Share test results according to established instructions or procedures for internal teams.
• Support: Assist with additional laboratory activities as needed, ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and quantity.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate Degree or equivalent experience and training in a technical field.
• Experience: Proven ability to follow instructions and perform technical tasks using various laboratory equipment and computers.
• Skills: Ability to follow detailed instructions, proficiency in operating laboratory equipment, basic computer skills, effective teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: On-the-job experience to become familiar with specific laboratory equipment, procedures, and operations.
