Film Production & Content Intern | Jingo

The Tone:
This is an internship at Jingo, located in San Francisco, CA. Jingo is building a personal shopper that helps people discover, decide, and shop as naturally as talking to a friend, creating the first AI-native, personalized shopping platform. This role is crucial for defining the visual identity of the future of shopping by creating cinematic content, viral social campaigns, and brand films. You will work directly with the founder to shape how people experience Jingo and see your work published nationwide.

• Mission: Define Jingo’s visual identity and create compelling film and video content that engages audiences and shapes brand perception.
• Tech Stack: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut

What You’ll Actually Do
• Creative Production: Concept, shoot, and edit original videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid campaigns.
• Storytelling: Transform product launches and key company moments into engaging and compelling visual stories.
• Visual Identity: Help establish Jingo’s unique visual style and creative voice through content experimentation.
• On-site Production: Plan and execute shoots around San Francisco, including scouting locations, talent, props, and operating camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Creative Collaboration: Pitch creative ideas weekly and own projects from concept development to final edit, influencing the creative direction alongside the Founder.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Film, Cinema, Video Production, Media, or a related field.
• Experience: Comfortable shooting with your own DSLR or mirrorless camera; demonstrated experience editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Skills: Strong eye for cinematography, composition, lighting, and storytelling; self-starter who enjoys moving fast and taking ownership; available to shoot in San Francisco.
• Bonus: Motion graphics or animation experience, color grading skills, photography experience, experience creating viral TikTok or Instagram content, a portfolio, reel, YouTube channel, or passion projects.
