The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: Hybrid or Remote
• Team: Reports to the Director of Implementation and Support within the department, assisting other staff members.
• Mission: This intern directly supports the operational efficiency of the Digital Learning Solutions department by assisting with various projects and tasks related to technical sales, digital fulfillment, and customer engagement.
• Tech Stack: Office 365 products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
What You’ll Actually Do
• Organize: Maintain internal systems by assisting with data entry, scheduling, and general departmental organization.
• Report: Generate and distribute required reports as directed by the supervisor.
• Document: Organize internal and external support documentation for department resources.
• Support: Provide general administrative assistance to all department managers as needed.
• Research: Conduct online research to gather customer information and competitive intelligence.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Experience: Proficiency with Office 365 products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Skills: Practical abilities in data entry, scheduling, report generation, organizing documentation, conducting online research for customer and competitive intelligence, and providing general administrative support.
