Entry Level Recruiting Coordinator | Outsource

This position is central to the company’s success, serving as the essential operational backbone for a select portfolio of high-volume, mission-critical client accounts, particularly within the hyperscale and data center sector. The individual in this Recruiting Coordinator role will take full ownership of the candidate submittal lifecycle, meticulously ensuring all account-specific processes, compliance requirements, and client expectations are met with exceptional quality and consistency.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Submittal Management: Manage the entire end-to-end candidate submittal lifecycle specifically for designated hyperscale and data center accounts, meticulously ensuring that all candidate packages are complete, accurate, and fully compliant with stringent client-specific requirements and standards.
• Candidate Coordination: Guide candidates comprehensively through the entire application process, acting as their primary point of contact for status updates, the collection of all required paperwork, and the coordination of essential background checks and drug screenings.
• Interview Logistics: Expertly schedule and confirm all candidate interviews, often across multiple time zones, and distribute crucial logistical details, essential preparation materials, and any site-specific instructions to ensure smooth interview processes.
• Onboarding & Access: Confirm and communicate official start dates to candidates, coordinate all onboarding prerequisites to ensure candidates are fully day-one ready, manage the badging and site access process by liaising with client security teams, and coordinate new-hire orientations and necessary travel arrangements for remote projects.
• Process Development: Serve as the national Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all assigned accounts, actively developing, thoroughly documenting, and clearly communicating standardized processes and checklists to uphold consistent submittal quality nationwide.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience is required in a professional setting such as staffing, recruiting operations, or a dedicated account coordination role. Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to effectively manage high-volume, detail-intensive workflows with unwavering accuracy and a sense of urgency.
• Skills: Possess strong organizational and project management skills, capable of juggling competing priorities across multiple accounts. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional, client-facing demeanor. Demonstrate proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
