This is a temporary-to-permanent contract role for an Entry-Level Human Resources & Data Analyst, located at a Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan. The successful candidate will provide essential support in human resources operations, with a strong focus on data management and benefits administration within a prominent financial institution. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records, supporting employee well-being, and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Benefits Administration: Research and implement benefits programs to support employee well-being and compliance.
• HR Operational Support: Manage scheduling conflicts and initiate and oversee background checks for new hires.
• Talent Acquisition Assistance: Draft and deliver offer letters to selected candidates, playing a key role in the onboarding process.
• Employee Relations & Vendor Management: Support employee relations efforts and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
• Data Management & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee attendance and vacation records, manage HR systems, and perform data validation for document filing and vendor bills.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with an understanding of core human resources principles.
• Experience: 0-1 years of previous experience in Human Resources is required, with internships considered a plus.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong data skills are essential for managing records and performing validation.
• Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus, and a degree specifically in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
