What You’ll Actually Do
• Brand Exposure: Actively participate in various on-site marketing and promotional activities specifically designed to broaden the company’s brand exposure and increase public recognition.
• Customer Growth: Contribute to customer acquisition efforts by assisting with structured outreach initiatives aimed at expanding the customer base.
• Market Insights: Systematically perform detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, understand key customer behaviors, and evaluate relevant performance metrics to inform strategy.
• Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product and brand information in diverse settings, including retail environments and live event engagements, to effectively communicate value.
• Campaign Optimization: Review and analyze comprehensive campaign data, then provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously optimize and improve the effectiveness of future marketing efforts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional, ideally holding a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, communications, or a closely related field. Candidates with equivalent professional experience or demonstrated strong potential for success in these areas will also be given full consideration.
• Experience: Possess 0–3 years of experience, which can include roles in marketing, sales, communications, or relevant internships. While this experience is considered an asset, it is not strictly mandatory for applicants.
• Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal communication and confident public speaking abilities. Demonstrate proficiency in written communication and presentation skills. Possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities, alongside effective relationship management skills.
