What You’ll Actually Do
• Client & Fitting Support: Actively assist the designer during VIP client fittings and appointments, which encompasses preparing the client and the dedicated fitting space, managing the presentation flow of garments, and ensuring a smooth, professional, and comfortable experience for high-profile clients.
• Logistics & Transportation: Provide essential and reliable transportation support throughout Brooklyn, which includes managing client pickups, facilitating seamless drop-offs, and coordinating various logistical needs such as transporting garments, accessories, or other critical project-related items.
• Garment Preparation: Meticulously prepare garments for all client presentations by performing detailed steaming, precise ironing, and other necessary garment care to ensure each item is pristine, impeccably presented, and ready for immediate display or fitting.
• Wardrobe & Space Organization: Take ownership of systematically organizing and efficiently managing the wardrobe, styling tools, and designated fitting spaces, maintaining a highly ordered, aesthetically pleasing, and functional environment that consistently meets luxury presentation standards.
• Content & Production Assistance: Proactively capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content during fittings and styling sessions, which may involve photographs or short video clips for internal use, while also supporting various outreach efforts, communication tasks, and general production requirements as they arise for VIP projects.

• Background: Entry-level professional or individual with a strong aspiration to build a career in the luxury fashion, styling, or production industries.
• Experience: Must currently reside and be based in Brooklyn, NY. Requires possession of a reliable car and a valid driver’s license for daily operational needs, and demonstrated comfort and capability in client-facing environments.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, a high degree of professionalism in all interactions, unwavering punctuality, a strong sense of discretion when handling confidential client information, and proven dependability in a demanding role.
