• Pay: $18–$20 hourly
• Mission: To provide support across multiple business functions, learn from company leaders, and contribute to the organization’s efficiency and growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales & Business Development: Generate leads, research prospects, and support sales initiatives and customer outreach efforts.
• Human Resources & Recruiting: Assist with candidate scheduling, support recruiting and onboarding activities, and help with employee engagement initiatives.
• Accounting & Finance: Manage administrative accounting tasks, support invoice and documentation management, and help maintain organized financial records.
• Administrative & Operations: Support office operations, assist leadership with special projects, and handle daily administrative tasks.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to maintaining overall organizational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student. Currently enrolled in a college or university program with an interest in business, sales, HR, management, accounting, or operations.
• Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, detail-oriented, and strong time-management skills.
• Bonus: Possesses a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and is professional and dependable.
