What You’ll Actually Do
• Gather Requirements: Partner with stakeholders to document and validate business requirements.
• Analyze Processes: Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Document Solutions: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Bridge Teams: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Support Projects: Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree. Candidates from all educational and professional backgrounds, including those without prior technical experience, are welcome. U.S. work authorization is required.
• Experience: No prior technical experience is required for this entry-level role.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools; familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
