What You’ll Actually Do
• Booking & Scheduling: Assist clients with booking requests, scheduling, and reservation coordination.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide updates and support.
• Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain client information and booking details.
• Documentation Coordination: Coordinate timelines, confirmations, and service documentation.
• Client Support: Provide general client support and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
