What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze various operational and business data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create and maintain insightful dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to visualize key business information.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor crucial operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify significant trends, anomalies, or areas for improvement.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes with a data-driven approach to recommend and support efficiency improvements.
• Data Quality Assurance: Assist actively in data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role welcomes recent graduates, career changers, and individuals with foundational knowledge of data analysis, supporting business operations and process improvement. A Bachelor’s Degree (completed or pursuing) in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate a basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.
• Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Charts; basic knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data; understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent attention to detail and accuracy; and clear communication and presentation skills to interpret and convey findings.
• Bonus: Relevant certifications are a plus, including Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Google Data Analytics Certificate, IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate, SQL Fundamentals Certification, or Tableau Desktop Specialist.
