This Entry Level Product Analyst position is a vital part of this mission, directly supporting Directors of Product Management by defining crucial requirements and developing user stories. What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Definition: Collaborate closely with Directors of Product Management to thoroughly evaluate input from multiple stakeholders, developing detailed functional and non-functional requirements that drive product development.
• User Story Creation: Actively assist in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and well-defined acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment across development teams.
• Product Validation & Testing: Participate diligently in product validation, provide essential testing support, and contribute to user acceptance activities to ensure the quality and efficacy of new features and products.
• Agile Process Engagement: Fully participate in key Agile processes, including active involvement in backlog refinement sessions, sprint reviews, release planning meetings, and daily standups, contributing to efficient development cycles.
• Roadmap Contribution & Risk Management: Contribute to establishing the product roadmap, facilitate clear communication with key stakeholders, and actively monitor product progress to identify and assess potential risks throughout the development process.
• Documentation Support: Provide crucial support to ensure that all necessary product documentation is considered and maintained at each stage of the development lifecycle.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow, with foundational exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle and an interest in product development within a collaborative team environment.
• Experience: Possesses 1 to 2 years of experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle, ready to apply and expand this knowledge in a product-focused role.
• Skills: Proficient in teamwork, organizational, and time management skills; comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, including group facilitation and conflict resolution; possesses critical thinking, analytical abilities, and tenacity in issue resolution; exhibits accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail; highly organized, motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities; strong verbal and written communication.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to Agile software tools such as Jira Atlassian or Confluence; 1 to 2 years of experience in a Product Analyst role or a similar analytical capacity; direct healthcare experience or familiarity with healthcare terminology; practical familiarity with Agile or Project Management methodologies.
