What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Communication Content: Actively assist the communications team in creating, reviewing, and distributing all forms of internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational messaging.
• Develop Outreach Materials: Support the comprehensive production of engaging outreach materials, professional presentations, and diverse promotional content designed to effectively convey key messages to target audiences.
• Facilitate Community Engagement: Participate actively and directly in a variety of community engagement events and on-site communications initiatives, fostering positive relationships and interaction with diverse public groups.
• Administer Social Media Presence: Help diligently manage the company’s various social media platforms, including meticulously scheduling content for optimal reach and actively interacting with the audience to build and maintain engagement.
• Coordinate & Evaluate Campaigns: Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure that messaging remains consistent across all channels and communication projects stay firmly on schedule. Additionally, conduct vital research, monitor current trends, and assist in evaluating the overall performance and impact of communication campaigns.
