What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Reservation Lifecycle: Assist clients with new reservation requests, process confirmations efficiently, and manage scheduling updates to ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed.
• Provide Responsive Guest Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to their inquiries promptly and professionally across various channels including email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Maintain System Accuracy and Documentation: Diligently maintain accurate client records, update calendars, and ensure all service documentation is complete and easily accessible for operational continuity.
• Monitor and Process Timelines: Proactively monitor established timelines to guarantee that all reservation changes and critical confirmations are processed correctly and within expected service windows.
• Ensure Exceptional Guest Experience: Deliver comprehensive general guest support throughout the entire coordination process, working to ensure a smooth, problem-free, and positive experience for every client.
