What You’ll Actually Do

• Record Management: Accurately maintain client and reservation information within internal systems, upholding data integrity.
• Professional Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via email, phone, and online platforms, fostering positive relationships.
• Quality Assurance: Diligently review all reservation details and confirmations to ensure absolute accuracy before finalization.
