The Tone:
This is an internship at 25hours Hotel Paper Island, located in Kopenhagen, Denmark. The company is seeking a motivated and service-minded individual to join their team and gain hands-on experience in the world of lifestyle hospitality. This role is fundamental to delivering an excellent guest journey and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the hotel’s Front Office. The intern will become an important part of the guest journey and daily operations, gaining insight into all major Front Office processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Experience: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out, creating memorable impressions, handling requests with empathy, and offering recommendations about Copenhagen.
• Reservations & Administration: Manage reservations and room allocations within the Property Management System, support billing and payment handling, assist with daily reports, and learn fundamental revenue-related basics.
• Interdepartmental Communication: Act as a key communication link across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage, coordinating special guest requests and VIP arrivals, and ensuring smooth information flow.
• Operational Problem Solving: Learn to remain calm and professional during busy periods, handle operational challenges with practical solutions, support service recovery efforts, and understand daily hotel operations.
